DTA Sound Suppressors
9mm Suppressors:
DeGroat Tactical Armaments, LLC. was given a
Military/Government Order to build three different models of 9mm suppressors, which
will going to Iraq for combat use. While we were in the process of filling
the order we manufactured extra parts so we could also offer these
suppressors to the Civilian and Law Enforcement market.
Mk 99 Mod 0:
Built for use on all guns requiring a booster like Glock, Sig, Walther, and
etc.

Current Mk99 Mod 0, Mk 9 Mod 0, and NAVY 9 suppressors
come with the "U.S. Military" marking, but future suppressors won't have this
mark unless they are being built from the same batch of parts as the Military
order.
Payment Terms:
Option 1: 25% deposit to place an order and start BATFE transfer, 75%
balance after paperwork is approved with the BATFE and you are ready for
delivery.
Option 2: 50% deposit to place an order and start BATFE transfer, 50%
balance after paperwork is approved with the BATFE and you are ready for
delivery.
Option 3: 100% Full payment to place an order and start BATFE transfer,
as soon as paperwork is approved with the BATFE order will ship. We also
offer a $50 Discount on each order with this option.
All forms of payment are accepted: Checks, Money Orders,
and Credit Cards +3%
A signed copy of your or your dealers FFL/SOT is required to start
transfer.
Suppressors will transfer on a tax free Form 3 to FFL/SOT holders. If you live in
New Mexico we can process your Form 4 free of charge (you still have to pay the
$200 to the BATFE for the tax stamp).

We are currently out of boosters for the Mk 12 D.E.L.T.A and Mk 99 Mod 0 Suppressors, but are hoping to start another production run of them here very soon.
Warranty Infomation:
If any suppressor is proven to have a manufacturer defect, send it back and we
will fix or replace the suppressor free of charge. If the suppressor
becomes damaged or requires servicing, send it back and we will service or
replace the
suppressor for 25% of the listed price.
We recommend using FACTORY threaded barrels or having
Tornado Technologies
thread your barrel. We also suggest having Tornado Technologies check your
factory barrel to confirm and ensure the threading to be concentric with the
bore, otherwise baffle strikes may occur. DTA is not liable for any baffle
strikes, but can repair the suppressor for 25% of the list price of the
suppressor. DTA does not stock or supply threaded barrels. DTA not offer barrel threading service at this time, all barrels requiring threading should be sent to Tornado
Technologies.
The Magnuson-Moss Act
(public Law 93-637) does not require any seller or manufacturer of a consumer
product to give a written warranty. It does provide that if a written warranty
is given, it must be designated as “limited” or as “full” and sets minimum
standards for a “full” warranty. DTA has elected not to provide any written
warranty, either “limited” or “full”, rather than to attempt to comply with the
provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Act and the regulations issued there under.
There are certain implied warranties under state law with respect to sales of
consumer goods. As the extent and interpretation of these implied warranties
vary from state to state you should refer to your state statutes.
